Publication Terms

First: Conditions for Scientific Publication:

1 All research submitted for publication must not have been published or submitted for publication in any scientific journal or conference.

2 Every research published in the journal is owned by the journal, and no other party may re-publish the research or publish a translation of it in a book, newspaper or periodical without the written consent of the editor-in-chief.

3- The authors of the research shall be informed of the decision to accept or not accept it after presenting it to arbitrators with competence in the field, within a period of fifteen days, and not exceeding three months from the date of receipt.

4 The journal undertakes to preserve the intellectual rights of researchers as stipulated by the laws in force in Iraq.

5- The research expresses the opinion of the researcher and does not necessarily express the opinion of the journal.

6- The research summary should not exceed (300) words, the size of a letter is (12), and the space between the lines is single, and it must fit perfectly with the content and results of the research in a brief and adequate manner.

7- The journal is not obligated to return the research to its owners, whether it is published or not.

8- The researcher bears the full legal, ethical and social responsibility in the event of the emergence of an appropriation, quotation or transfer from the Internet sites or from any author to another, and submitting ready-made research from them.

9- The research is subject to an electronic plagiarism examination through the (TURNITIN) program, provided that the proportion of plagiarism in the search does not exceed 20%, and the researcher shall bear the financial fees.

10 The journal reserves the right to publish the research according to the editorial board's plan.

11- In the event that there are additions or modifications to the research proposed by the arbitrators, the research shall be returned to its owners, to make the required modifications or additions before publication.

12- The researcher submits to the journal a written declaration stating that his research is an original work of his and has not been previously published and has not been submitted for the purpose of publication in any other scientific authority.

13. The researcher provides an extract from his research.

14. The research submitted for publication shall be delivered in three hard copies, and one on a CD, as well as via the journal's website.

15. Researches that violate the rules and conditions of publication will not be considered nor returned to their authors.

Second: Technical Publication Conditions: 

  1. The research is serialized according to the following: Title of the research: in Arabic and English the name and address of the researcher, in Arabic and English, the researcher’s email and mobile phone number (summary in Arabic and English), the introduction, the investigations or demands, the conclusion, then the list of sources and references, while the English research is written in it Arabic summary before English.
  2. The edge of the paper is 2 cm on each side, and the paper size is (B5). The paper is written on one side (page) of the paper and the pages are numbered.
  3. Research title 18 type simplified Arabic.
  4. Names of researchers 12 types simplified Arabic.
  5. Titles of researchers (12) under the names of researchers.
  6. Headings (16) are in bold and are immediately after the right footnote.
  7. Sub-headings (16) are immediately after the main headings.
  8. The body of the search is size (14) and the space between the lines is single (Singal).
  9. The margins of the sources are the size of (12), the footnote between the lines is single (Singal).
  10. (blank space) One line must be left blank before each headline or subheading.
  11. Margins method is written sequentially for each page at the bottom of the page starting with sequence (1) and ending with the last page sequence.
