Violations of Imam Al-Mawardi (may God have mercy on him) of the Shafi’i school of swearing

Abstract

This research includes a brief overview of the life of Imam Al-Mawardi - may God have mercy on him - and three applied models of the issues wit which Imam Al-Mawardi - may God have mercy on him - disagreed with the Shari’s school of thought and how to adopt it and explain what he said and the evidence for what he said and take the opinion of those who agreed with him and clarify the significance, if any, from the Qur’an and the purified Prophetic Sunnah and from  Then taking the opinion of those who disagreed with it with a statement of the evidence and the evidence, if any, from the Qur’an or the Sunnah, and then clarifying the most correct opinion of the sayings by relying on the strength of the evidence in terms of taking the most correct saying
