Abstract

Praise be to God, with whose grace good deeds are done, and prayers and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions. And after: The issue of fundamentalist differences is one of the most important topics that the scholars of fundamentals have taken care of, as it removes the forms and raises the confusion that exists between many fundamentalist terms that are almost similar in appearance to a large extent and differ in their nature. And its meaning, which results in a difference in the rulings based on it, so there is a great need here to define the limits and differentiate between the limited, Therefore, the scholars of fundamentals were interested in mentioning the differences in separate places of their works when there is a problem or similarity between two similar terms. And what is disliked is guidance in which the prohibition formula is not inevitable, because the evil that is required to be avoided in the guidance dislike is worldly, and in the legitimacy is religious, that the disliked is forbidden related to the slander of his action, and the disliked is a righteousness and guidance that is not related to the slander of his action.
