The Theory of Truth from an Islamic Legal Perspective: Surah Al-Asr as a Case Study

Abstract

The research included explaining the relationship between the theory of truth and the reality of truth in light of Surat Al-Asr, since the original basis for truth is in the generalities and details of our noble Sharia, through explaining the levels of truth and its objectives and the qualities of truth in evaluating human life, as it is the main focus of our research, so that our current reality is not far from the teachings of our religion and the constants of our Sharia, and directing the compass to legal theories and nothing else, while the jurisprudential theory is a general framework that includes within it many branches and details, to achieve the objectives, goals and aims.
