This development has raised serious ethical and legal concerns, making it one of the significant modern juridical issues (nawāzil). Accordingly, this study, entitled “Corrective Cosmetic Surgery: A Contemporary Juridical Issue Between Necessity and Beautification – A Jurisprudential Study,” examines the subject through an academic legal framework. The research is structured into three sections: foundational concepts and juristic grounding, Islamic legal rulings on corrective cosmetic surgery, and contemporary applications and fatwas.
